I’ve been smashing out the Olaplex treatments the past couple of weeks and everyone is loving it.
I’ve even started doing it on my own hair which is proving to be a bit of a miracle ‘cos my hair is manky. What with the 2 perms I’ve done on it, god knows how much bleach and lightening we did to get me ginge from brown and the numerous colours in between. My ends were starting to get very ropey!
Olaplex (OLA – PLEX) really is quite something. If you’ve not heard about it then let me enlighten you.
It rebuilds broken disulphide bonds in the hair. These get damaged daily by brushing, washing, colouring and heat styling.
Massively improves the condition and the texture of the hair.
It is the only product of its kind. There are cheaper versions and they do very little, I I’ve tried a couple.
Free of silicone, sulphates, phthalates, DEA, aldehydes, and is never tested on animals.
Compatible with almost every colour line, perms and chemical straighteners.
You can use the system with your regular colour appointments and do the at home treatment in between.
You can have a stand alone treatment, it is not just for coloured and processed hair.
It can make your colour last longer.
Feel free to check out all the other info online and other peoples comments and reviews for yourself. www.olaplex.com
I am charging just £20 as my introductory price. This will go up after Christmas 2017.
How it works appointment wise is, I mix up your colour then add a small amount of No1 to the bowl and mix it into the colour, so while each strand of hair that has colour on it, then that will be treated.
Then once your colour is washed off, I apply the No2 lotion to your hair to work its magic for 10-15 minutes.
Then we wash off and carry on with the cut and finish.
You would then continue the good work at home by using the No3 , in between appointments, once a week. You don't have to buy this but it's certainly worth it to get your hair back to its best.
So there you have it, if you want to book one, let me know as it is a slightly longer than usual process. If with a colour, some goes with the colour so no time difference but after the colour you get a lovely 10 minute treatment so that is where the extra time comes in.
Any questions then just ping me a message :)
